Ingredients for beef stew with peas and carrots
– 500g of chopped beef
– 1 onion
– 1 clove garlic
– 350g of peas and carrots from “Oh!” Products
– 200ml of white wine

Preparation
The first thing will be to chop the onion and garlic. We cover a casserole or a frying pan with our “Oh” olive oil and let it cook for 15 minutes.

Finally, add the wine and water in enough quantity to cover everything. Add the salt and pepper to taste.
Then let cook at low heat and covered and we will only have to wait 45-60 minutes until our dish is ready.
